I. INTRODUCTION
TheBisonTech ("we," "us" or "our") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains our data protection policy and describes the types of information we may process when you install and/or use "AnyTranslate" software application for mobile devices (the "App", "our App").
When we refer to personal data (or personal information) we mean any information of any kind relating to a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to such data.
Our Privacy Policy applies to all users who access the App ("Users").
For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller, unless otherwise stated.

II. INFORMATION WE PROCESS
A. Functional Information
We process the following information locally on your device to provide App functionality. This information is NOT transmitted to our servers or stored in any cloud service.

Voice Input Data: When you use voice translation features, your voice is processed locally on your device using Google Gemini AI services to convert speech to text and perform translations. We do not record, store, or transmit your voice recordings to our servers.

Camera and Image Data: When you use the camera or photo translation features to scan and translate text from images, the image processing occurs locally on your device. Images are not uploaded to our servers or stored by us.

Translation Content: All text translations you perform are processed using Google Translate API and Google Gemini AI. Translation content is processed in real-time and stored only locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your translation history to our servers.

Phrasebook Data: Any phrases you save or access from the phrasebook are stored locally on your device only.

Tone Adjustment Preferences: Your selected tone preferences (Natural, Formal, Friendly, Romantic) are processed using Google Gemini AI and stored locally on your device.

Language Preferences: Your selected source and target languages, offline language downloads, and language preferences are stored locally on your device.

App Settings: Your preferences for voice speed, auto-pronounce, and other settings are stored locally on your device.
B. Information That Is Processed Automatically
We use third-party automatic data processing technologies to analyze certain information for app improvement and analytics purposes:

Device Information:
- Device type, operating system and version
- Device model and manufacturer
- Screen size, orientation, and resolution
- Language settings and time zone
- App version

Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our App. This includes:
- App opens and session duration
- Feature usage patterns (which translation features are most used)
- Screen views and navigation patterns
- App crashes and technical errors (via Firebase Crashlytics)

Crash Reports: Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects crash logs and diagnostic information to help us identify and fix technical issues. This may include device state information at the time of the crash.
IMPORTANT: We do NOT collect, store, or have access to:
- Your translation text or history
- Your voice recordings
- Your photos or camera roll
- Your contact information
- Your precise location data
- Any personally identifiable information

We integrate the following third-party services to provide App functionality:

IV. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information processed through our App for the following purposes:
- To provide translation services: Process your text, voice, and image inputs to deliver accurate translations
- To improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and user experience
- To maintain App stability: Identify and fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues
- To optimize performance: Understand which features are most valuable to users
V. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Local Storage Only: AnyTranslate is designed as a standalone application. All your personal data, including translation history, saved phrases, voice inputs, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate backend servers to store user data.
Security Measures:
- All data stored on your device is protected by your device's security features
- Communications with third-party APIs (Google Translate, Gemini) use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- We follow industry-standard security practices for app development
Data Retention: Since all personal data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all app data by:
- Clearing app data through your device settings
- Uninstalling the application
VI. DATA SHARING
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We share information with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:

IX. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. X. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last modified" date at the top of this policy
- Notify you through the App or other appropriate means if changes are significant
- Post the updated policy in the App
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
XI. YOUR CHOICES AND OPT-OUT OPTIONS
Analytics Tracking:
- For Android devices: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
- For iOS devices: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, then turn off tracking for AnyTranslate
Offline Language Downloads: You can manage which languages are downloaded for offline use within the App settings.
Data Deletion: To delete all your local data:
- Go to your device Settings > Apps > AnyTranslate > Clear Data
- Or uninstall the application
